About DineLetter
DineLetter is a browser-based email template builder for independent restaurants. It helps you turn a menu update, offer, or celebration into editable email copy and a design you can export.

What can I create?

How does the copy work?
DineLetter fills editable, scenario-based copy templates with the details you enter. It does not call an AI writing service. Review the sample dishes, offers, dates, and wording before sending.
Where are my drafts stored?
Brand details and saved drafts are stored in your browser. They do not sync across devices. Export important work before clearing browser data. See the privacy policy for information about browser storage and external resources.
What happens after export?
Your email platform handles subscriber lists, personalization tags, unsubscribe handling, scheduling, and delivery. DineLetter does not send email campaigns or measure their results. Add your mailing address and your platform’s unsubscribe link before sending.
Are the examples real campaigns?
No. Olive & Thyme, the dishes, offers, and discount codes shown in the examples are sample content. Replace them with information your restaurant can honor. No campaign performance results are claimed.
What should I check before sending?
Use an email platform that supports custom HTML import. Availability can depend on your platform and plan; check its current documentation. For example, see Mailchimp’s official HTML import guide.
Email clients support HTML differently, so preview and send a test through your platform. Mailchimp’s HTML email limitations explains why rendering can vary. These references are guidance, not a certification of DineLetter exports or an affiliation.
